Felicity Matos

Owner of Browlicity, Master Microblading Artist and Trainer
With over 5 years of experience and thousands of procedures under her belt, Felicity’s work speaks for itself. She’s been trained by some of the top leaders in the industry including Brow Daddy, Everlasting Brows, Seven Ink and Brow Design International to name a few.  She attends trainings and conferences frequently to stay on top of the latest trends and to perfect her craft. She believes that to be a stand out artist in the world of microblading and PMU, one must specialize in this area of expertise and devote their time to it day in and day out. She has worked on clients with Alopecia, those going through Cancer treatment and says she enjoys giving them back what they’ve lost. She loves her job and finds it extremely rewarding. She also loves make-up application and had her own freelance make-up business for a few years before getting into PMU. She holds Masters Degrees in Marketing and Business and is an entrepreneur at heart. She recently started her own Browlicity product line of blades for artists to use! In addition, she is a trainer, educator and mentor to those who have taken her classes. “Training has become another passion of mine! Sammy Matos

Certified Scalp Micropigmentation & Eye Liner Artist
Sammy got his certification for SMP through Scalpa International. He has also furthered his education thru trainings with Scalp Micro USA. He has worked on both men and women with baldness and thinning hair of all ages. He says that is what attracted him to want to offer this service, is how unbelievable the results are. No surgery and no down time, make it an even more attractive option for those wanting the look of a fuller head of hair. Sammy is also certified in permanent eye liner! He obtained his certification through Ms Amber Red in Las Vegas! She is one of the leading PMU artists in the Industry! Sammy was honored to train with her and loves doing all styles of eye liner! Samantha Wise

NP-C, Certified Microblading Artist
Sam was born and raised here in Morgantown, WV  and achieved her BSN from WVU. Her professional background is that she worked in the CVICU at Ruby Memorial Hospital for 3.5 years as a Critical Care Registered Nurse. During working as a nurse, she wanted to expand her nursing education and later completed her masters  at Maryville University and became a Nurse Practitioner. Currently she works at an outpatient physical/functional medicine clinic (Advanced Physical Medicine in Morgantown, WV) part time as a nurse practitioner and she also works as a permanent make up artist part time at Browlicity! ” I was first introduced to microblading/permanent makeup 3-4 years ago when Felicity did my own brows and I fell in love with the art!” She is also certified as a Botox and filler injector and is starting to set up that part of her career as well! “I love aesthetics and making people feel at their highest level of confidence!” After being trained by Felicity in microblading (Basic course and Advanced course) she has been harnessing and consistently practicing her skills. Outside of work, she loves to do anything outdoors (hiking, biking, kayaking, running, etc.), traveling the world and a fun hobby is doing special effects makeup (Halloween is SO fun!)
